Fintokei Termination Notice — Cooperation Ended
Fintokei has ended our cooperation. After a regular risk management review, the firm informed me that I had received **10 or more official warnings** for practices that go against its trading principles, and that the identified patterns continued despite the earlier warnings and measures applied to my accounts. Fintokei considers this excessive under its Terms and Conditions and FAQ, and sent a **termination notice effective within 14 days**.
**What the notice says:**
- No new Challenges or programs can be purchased with Fintokei.
- Trading accounts are set to read-only mode — no new positions; any open positions are closed by the firm.
- Earned performance rewards can be requested within **14 days** of the notice and will be processed and paid out in full. After that, the accounts are closed and the entitlement to rewards no longer applies.
- Active accounts still in the evaluation phase are closed and **refunded in full** (original purchase price).
- Once everything is processed, the MyFintokei profile is cancelled.
The letter was polite and thanked me for my time and effort in Fintokei's programs. The payouts documented in this journal remain as recorded.
Takeaway: warnings from a prop firm add up, so every one should be treated as a real countdown, not a formality — know the firm's trading principles inside out.
